Dr. Fatih Balcı

Prof. Dr. Fatih Balcı is a faculty member in the field of Food Engineering at Gaziantep University. He completed his education at the same university and received his PhD in Food Engineering. He has an advanced level of English, mentors Horizon 2020, SMEs and entrepreneurs and is a member of various professional organizations. She has experience in Green Deal and sustainability initiatives and has mentored SMEs in Gaziantep Organized Industrial Zone on issues such as Green Deal, carbon footprint calculations, waste management. She also provided creative thinking and problem solving trainings and encouraged participants to come up with innovative solutions. At Gaziantep University, she worked in project management, coordination, design and implementation of training programs and transferred knowledge to SMEs. He is a consultant for a technopark company that makes corporate carbon footprint software.
